When you come in for your first personal training session, the two of you will work together to set both short- and long-term health and weight loss goals. These goals will provide the roadmap for future sessions, shaping your cardio, stretching, and strength training plans.
After recording your age, gender, height, and weight, the personal trainer at Premier Physicians will take body composition measurements to determine the percentages of fat, bone, water, and muscle in your body. You will also fill out a questionnaire to help determine the best intensity level to start your exercise program. Your answers and your stated goals will help your trainer tailor a workout regimen that works for you.
